Workers can update their Ok Alone status by making a phone call. This is useful if they have an older phone, or satellite phone or if there is no wifi or data for the app to use. Using a phone call workers can start a shift, check in, request help, end a shift and leave a voice mail.
How to update the Status
Workers should call the phone number listed below and follow the instructions. This will usually be entering their Worker ID and followed by choosing an option on the phone:
- Press 1 to Check-in
- Press 2 to Start Shift
- Press 3 to End Shift
- Press 0 for Help
NOTE: If Ok Alone recognises your cell/mobile number, the Worker ID may be skipped.
