After working with some of our Ok Alone users and based on their feedback we are now introducing Out of Hours alerts – available as part of the communication plan.
What are Out of Hours Alerts?
Our Out of Hours Alerts service lets you choose the monitors that should be alerted if the alert occurs out of normal business hours.
You can set your business hours and then add out of hours monitors. Once this is done any alerts that occur outside of your business hours will be sent to the out of hours monitors.
